The ZIVA® Hip Thrust Station is a no-nonsense glute and hamstring training platform that will greatly enhance users' strength for deadlifts, squats, and Olympic lifts. This Hip Thrust Station's innovative design includes an angled foot base and an adjustable angle back pad, made from dense foam and encased in durable PVC skin that allows for comfort even during intense training sessions. The raised bar rests enable easier workout setup for users of all sizes while the 4x resistance band pegs allow for custom weight loading that changes the dynamic of the lift.
